Little Rock's premier fall festival returns for its 28th year! With more than 100 vendors and plenty of food trucks, live music, local beer, crafts, kids' activities and more, Hillcrest HarvestFest is perfect fall fun for the entire family!

HarvestFest is a committee of the Hillcrest Merchants Association, which works to promote businesses and community projects in the Hillcrest neighborhood.

12:00pm - 2:00pm : Halloween Costume Contest with The Rep!

We are beyond excited for another year of the Halloween Costume AT HarvestFest led by The Rep Theater.

Here's how it works: kids or adults can come to The Rep's booth in front of the Kroger entrance between 12:00 and 1:00p.m. to show off your costume for the judges. Then at 2:00 p.m., we'll call the winners to the main stage in front of Kemuri. Winners will receive some great prizes, and a super-secret grand prize from The Rep! Must be present to win!

There's no age limit, and you can wear whatever family-friendly Halloween costume you choose.

12:00pm : Lost Forty Fall Concert at HarvestFest

Little Rock's best fall concert returns at HarvestFest on October 30. We've once again partnered with our friends at Lost Forty Brewing for this annual music event! This free concert features some of the best new music from Arkansas artists, as well as a special appearance by the Arkansas Repertory Theater!

Live music will start at 12 noon and will continue til 8 pm.

HarvestFest in Hillcrest is one of the most popular annual events in Little Rock. Around 20,000 people come out to enjoy live music, food truck, local beer, kids' activities and much more. Vendors from all over Arkansas will be on hand selling art, crafts, clothing, jewelry, food and other locally made items. HarvestFest 2023 is sponsored by Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa.

Lost Forty Brewing takes its name from the historic, storied forest that stands on 40 acres of Arkansas's last truly virgin soil in Calhoun County.

We aim to craft beers as unwavering, wild, and uniquely Arkansas as the the land itself. Lost Forty, both the forest and the brewery, is part tall tale, a little bit of hearsay, a lot of history, a few facts, a big cast of characters and completely Arkansas.

12:00pm - 2:00pm : HarvestFest 2nd Annual Pie Contest

LET THERE BE PIE! For the second year running, HarvestFest is holding a pie competition! This contest is open to everyone and all types of pies. Apple, peach, pecan, coconut, peanut butter ... even savory pies like shepherd's pie are welcome!

And there's more than just bragging rights at stake! The HarvestFest Pie Contest is an official entry competition to the Arkansas Pie Festival in Cherokee Village this coming April! The winner of our pie contest will get free entry to the statewide competition next year, along with a few prizes to show our appreciation for your pie-making talents!

The rules: All registration will be done via the EventBrite link (will be posted soon) on this page. You may register the day of the festival; the link will stay active until 2 p.m. that day. Bring your pie to the intersection of Kavanaugh and Beechwood between noon and 2 p.m. Fill out the info card at the registration booth. When it's your turn, present your pie to the judges. You can leave the leftovers with us or take them home, it's up to you! We will award one overall winner from the main stage in front of Kemuri at 2:30 p.m.!
