Raised bed planting and composting are a great gardening combo for growing vegetables and flowers. The benefits from these gardening techniques are well-known and well-practiced. However small the scope of these endeavors, there is much satisfaction in knowing your practices are contributing to a better environment – be it growing your own food or utilizing resources more favorably. Heritage's own "Hydrangea Guy," Mal Condon, is on hand to help you learn these fabulous techniques.

Go for gold in Hidden Hollow, where we celebrate the 2024 Paris Olympics! This year marks the 33rd Summer Olympics of the modern era. Begun in Ancient Greece, we now host the Olympics to celebrate teamwork, international cooperation, and of course, our love of games! Learn more about the qualities and events that make The Games special. Participate in an Olympic ring toss, race a boat in the Discovery Stream, build a dirt trail that you could imagine challenging mountain bikers, construct a model of an Olympic Village, or execute a rhythmic gymnastics routine with dance ribbons or scarves.
