7:00am - 11am: Rotary Pancake Breakfast (Hillsboro Intermediate School cost $5.00 per person. kids 4 and under free)
9:00am: Craft and Business Vendors open
10:00am: Parade Setup (behind Hillsboro Intermediate)
11:00am: Parade kickoff (Hwy 21 south to right on main street)
11:00am: Carnival opens (11am-11pm)
12:00pm: Sound by Richard Blechler
12:00pm: Opening-National Anthem & Performance by Millsboro Intermediate Treble
12:00pm - 8:00pm: Wildlife Command Center/Raptor Rescue Inc (Near kids Corner)
12:00pm - 4:00pm: Kids Corner Presented by The Parenting Network a Program of Jefferson
12:15pm: Millsboro Police Presentation 12:25pm: Parade Winners and Announcements
12:30pm: Armed Forces Ceremony (Located in the parking lot at the Jefferson County Administration Office on Maple St)
12:30pm - 3:00pm: Frank Ray and Mel Besher
3:00pm - 3:30pm: Pie Eating Contest
