The Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Festival makes its return March 24-30, 2024, bringing with it beautiful weather, delicious sips and tasty bites from the region’s culinary leaders.

The Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Festival has been proudly supporting the community for 39 years. Proceeds from our wine auctions at the Grand Tasting and Public Tasting events benefit the John F. & Valerie Currie Educational Scholarship Fund for college students pursuing a degree in the hospitality and tourism field.

Uncorked - March 21, 2024

This joyous kick-off event will “uncork” our 2024 festival with sips and snacks among friends!

This event is our "riff" on the famous Open That Bottle Night. So it is about opening and sharing wines that bring back memories with old friends and making new friends who enjoy wine.

What makes a good wine selection? It is not just about price! It is more about the memories. It could be a vintage (the year we met), about a location, an event (we shared this wine on our first date) or it could even be a new find (we love this wine/vineyard we just found and want everyone to know about it).

What makes a wine truly special is not what you drank, but who you drank it with. So bring your favorite bottle to share with old and new friends we celebrate the festival officially beginning.

Craft Beers at the Beach - March 24, 2024

Join us for this third annual event in the exclusive Grand Ocean Terrace at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort and Spa with sweeping beach views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the afternoon sipping your way through over 50 offerings from multiple local craft breweries to find your new favorite beer to kick off the spring season on the Island. To round out the afternoon, enjoy live entertainment and a selection of food favorites available for purchase provided by the Westin’s culinary team. Cocktails and wine will also be available for purchase. This event sold out quickly last year, so grab your tickets today before they sell out!

Sip & Stroll - March 27, 2024

The onset of spring is the perfect time to stroll the Shops at Sea Pines Center with a glass in hand and friend by your side. A pop-up art market will supplement the collection of shops with curated works of artists and artisans, and restaurants will have doors open to welcome you to stay for a bite post-shopping, all accompanied by live entertainment from local musicians. One of the most popular events of the week, our Sip & Stroll will sell-out quickly, so reserve your tickets now!

Stay Gold: A Lowcountry Wine, Food, and Music Experience - March 28, 2024

Taking place at golden hour, this one-of-a-kind experience will feature the best in local live music and Double Gold wines from our international judging competition, paired with Lowcountry cuisine.

Grand Tasting - March 29, 2024

The Grand Tasting event is one to remember— the culmination of award-winning wines from our international judging competition and top wines from our wine partners, this event is the pinnacle of the week’s activities. This year’s Grand Tasting is hosted by the Country Club of Hilton Head--a most elegant setting for our most elegant event.

VIP Lounge at Public Tasting - March 30, 2024

The Pavilion at Celebration Park is the setting for the VIP Lounge at The Public Tasting, featuring additional tastings with chef-selected hors d’oeuvres, additional tasting.

Public Tasting - March 30, 2024

Come ready to sip and sample to the Festival’s largest event, celebrating our 38th anniversary at Celebration Park! The Public Tasting features more than 250 world-class wines sourced from across the globe, and chefs in action at the Sysco Outdoor Gourmet Challenge. Don't miss our local Craft Beer Garden, for an even larger variety of sips!
