Cheers to the loveliest time of the year in the Lowcountry! The Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Festival makes its return, bringing with it beautiful weather, delicious sips and tasty bites from the region's culinary leaders.

The Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Festival has been proudly supporting the community for 40 years. Proceeds from our wine auctions at the Grand Tasting and Public Tasting events benefit the John F. & Valerie Currie Educational Scholarship Fund for college students pursuing a degree in the hospitality and tourism field. The scholarships are currently offered at the University of South Carolina Beaufort and the Technical College of the Lowcountry. In the past nine years, the Festival has supported deserving students with $155,000 in contributions from the scholarship fund.

6:30-8:30 p.m. - Uncorked

This joyous kick-off event will “uncork” our 2025 festival with sips and snacks among friends!

This event is our "riff" on the famous Open That Bottle Night. So it is about opening and sharing wines that bring back memories with old friends and making new friends who enjoy wine

What makes a good wine selection? It is not just about price! It is more about the memories. It could be a vintage (the year we met), about a location (we had a fabulous vacation in and found this wine), an event (we shared this wine on our first date) or it could even be a new find (we love this wine/vineyard we just found and want everyone to know about it).

What makes a wine truly special is not what you drank, but who you drank it with. So bring your favorite bottle to share with old and new friends we celebrate the festival officially beginning

Enjoy the afternoon sipping your way through over 50 offerings from multiple local craft breweries to find your new favorite beer to kick off the spring season on the Island. To round out the afternoon, enjoy live entertainment and a selection of food favorites available for purchase provided by the Westin's culinary team. Cocktails and wine will also be available for purchase. This event sells out quickly every year, so grab your tickets before they sell out!

A pop-up art market will supplement the collection of shops with curated works of artists and artisans, and restaurants will have doors open to welcome you to stay for a bite post-shopping, all accompanied by live entertainment from local musicians.
