7:00pm: Jackson County Watermelon Festival Pageant
This event is open to Jackson County Residents in the following age groups:
Petite Miss Jackson County Watermelon Festival - 4 years old - 6 years old
Little Miss Jackson County Watermelon Festival - 7 years old - 9 years old
Miss Jackson County Watermelon Festival - 17 years old - 22 years old
Watermelon Festival Petite Miss and Little Miss: Contestants will be judged in 3 divisions: poise, outfit of choice and on-stage question. The winners will receive a $250 cash prize, crown, sash and special prize package courtesy of the Jackson County Watermelon Festival.
Watermelon Festival Queen: Contestants will be judged in 3 divisions: Personal Interview, outfit of choice and evening wear. Our 2023 Watermelon Festival Queen will be sent to compete in the 2023 Indiana State Festival Association Scholarship Pageant at Greenfield Central High School and will receive a $1,000 cash prize, crown, sash and special prize package courtesy of the Jackson County Watermelon Festival.
