Spoil yourself with a special dinner highlighting the world’s finest caviar from Solex Catsmo paired with a curated selection of Champagnes from Westside Wine & Spirits.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Executive Chef Steven DeBruyn will present a series of lavish dishes featuring a special collection of caviars paired with magnificent Champagnes.
Markus Draxler of Solex Catsmo will discuss the various caviars and Master Sommelier Chris Tanghe will share his insight about the flavors brought forth from the Champagnes.
