Celebrate Lunar New Year with Kidzu!
We’ve got a sampling of storytimes and activities this Saturday to ramp up to our party on Sunday! All activities are included with admission. See the full schedule below and plan your visit!
10 AM - 5 PM: Red Envelopes in the Makery
Craft your own lucky red envelope! Red envelopes are an important part of the Chinese celebration of the new year. These envelopes are often decorated in gold with symbols and pictures and contain a gift for a loved one.
11 AM: Storytime with Emmanuelle Anna Sim
Meet local author and college student Emmanuelle Anna Sim and listen to a reading of her book, My Difference is My Superpower! Learn more.
12:30 PM - 5 PM: Red Envelopes in the Makery
