This chair-based class emphasizes movements to reduce joint stiffness, poses to build strength and flexibility, and breathing strategies to help manage stress and pain.

Drumming Circle, 11:30 am

Drumming is a seated, cardio activity that is therapeutic and fun. It improves strength, flexibility and coordination. No drumming experience required.

Dance Motion with Claudia, 1 pm

Using many styles of music, Claudia's motivating, high energy dance class includes a class dance movement warm-up, light weight strengthening exercise, and a full body stretch. Work out at your own pace.
