4:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Check-In and Late Registration.
Race packet includes: Captain's bag with course map, weekend info and two adult tickets to the Sunday Evening BBQ.
Additional BBQ tickets and LLR merchandise are available for purchase.

Saturday, August 10, 2024

7:00 a.m: Front of lodge Complimentary coffee and donuts.
7:30 a.m - 8:30 a.m: Team Photos.
8:30 a.m: Front of lodge Race Meeting
10:00 a.m: Race
4:00 p.m: The Tiki Bar is open. The Tiki Bar serves Bemidji craft beer and California wine by the glass.
5:30 p.m: Wood-fired, Neopolitan-style, brick-oven pizza. Free-will donation. LLR53 benefits The Walker Area Community Center, Can Do Canines, and Walker Youth Hockey.
Evening: Campfire(s). Bring your musical instrument.

Sunday, August 11, 2024

5:30 p.m: LLR tent BBQ - food will be served 5:30 p.m - 6:15 p.m. Two adult BBQ tickets are included with your race registration.
6:30 p.m: Karaoke, LLR Tent

2:30 p.m: The Tiki Bar is open The Tiki Bar serves Bemidji craft beer and California wine by the glass.
3:30 p.m: Awards Ceremony, LLR Tent - Walker Youth Hockey will serve hamburgers, hot dogs, and salad, with a free-will donation to their program.
3:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m: Food will be Served.
