From: Los Angeles Opera

On behalf of the entire LA Opera Family, I am delighted to welcome you to the 2024/25 season. Like you, we believe the arts are essential to the health of a vibrant community. This season, we are proud to once again bring a breadth of classic and contemporary works to our stage.

However, we can only continue producing world-class opera with your support.

DONATE NOW

There is so much to look forward to this season, including mainstage productions of Gounod’s Romeo and Juliet, Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Osvaldo Golijov’s Ainadamar, and Verdi’s Rigoletto.?

Beyond those mainstage productions, we will host an array of fabulous concerts at the iconic Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, including the ever-popular Kristin Chenoweth, Broadway and Met headliner Kelli O’Hara, hometown hero Angel Blue, and living legend Renée Fleming. We will also host a series of recitals by Benjamin Bernheim, Ryan Speedo Green, and Joshua Guerrero.?

Many are surprised to learn that ticket sales cover less than half the cost to produce a season of opera and support the hundreds of musicians, craftsmen, and artists who bring these works to life. Support from generous donors like you helps make up the difference.

For a limited time, your gift will have THREE times the impact. Thanks to a generous matching gift challenge made by an anonymous donor, any donation received by December 31 will be matched $2 for every $1 donated up to $500,000.

That means your gift will have THREE TIMES the impact.

TRIPLE YOUR IMPACT

Additionally, you will enjoy the benefits of membership in the Friends of LA Opera program with special events and other perks reserved just for our loyal supporters.

Now is your chance to TRIPLE that impact thanks to our matching gift opportunity.

Thank you in advance for your support. A donation of any amount?helps.
