ABOUT ARTIST LEO MARMOL:
Leonardo E. Marmol is an artist and architect based in Los Angeles. Marmol received his Bachelor of Architecture with a Minor in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University in 1987, was elevated to the College of the Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 2007, and was inducted into the Interior Design Hall of Fame in 2009. As a painter, Marmol explores affect, abstraction, and personal history. His first solo show, Los Colores de Assimilation, focused on what he calls his "search for heritage" as the American-born child of Cuban parents. In addition to painting, Marmol works as the Managing Partner at Marmol Radinzer and lectures widely on the topics of architecture, sustainability, and restoration. Leo also serves on the board of trustees of the Palm Springs Art Museum.

MMFA Art Walk
First Friday's through May | 4-7pm
The gallery and sculpture garden show a new side at night, as the avenue glows beneath twinkling stars in the crisp, desert night air. Take a self-guided art tour of our sculpture garden where you can wonder at Anthony James' Portal Icosahedron, as seen in the new Netflix movie, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.
We are also pleased to announce the return of our concert series! Bring a chair and join us in the sculpture garden at 5pm for performances by the students of the Academy of Musical Performance (AMP), participate in the interactive public art experience Wall4All, and view monumental sculpture under the starry sky. The gallery will be open until 7pm. Refreshments will be served.
