The St. Patrick's Parade is a fun event for all ages that brings bellow of bagpipes, and the laughter of children to the UAD. Each year dozens of businesses and organizations march in the parade.

Before the parade, many businesses offer fun activities for children such a face painting, hair dying, etc. There is also a "polar plunge" into Lake Michigan in the morning.

After the event, local restaurants and bars host a shuttle bus that allows adults to jump from bar to bar throughout the city to enjoy camaraderie.

The 2023 parade starts at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 11, 2023.

Route: The parade route follows Franklin Street and starts at 10th Street and ends at 4th Street.
