The Ocean County Library Toms River Branch will conclude Library operations at 5 PM Tuesday, October 31, to accommodate the Toms River Halloween
Parade.

As one of 10 Early Voting locations designated by the Office of the Ocean County Clerk, the Branch will remain accessible through 8 PM for those wishing to cast ballots.

The Library’s remaining 20 branches and reading centers will follow normal hours of operation.

Library patrons are welcome to use OCL’s online resources, databases, eMagazines, eBooks, video and audio streams and digital classes at www.theoceancountylibrary.org.
