Office Evolution®, premier provider of flexible office solutions fostering creativity, collaboration and connection, is opening a location in one of Richmond’s most desirable areas. Managed by franchise owners Max M. Burns and his wife, Rosi Burns, the workspace will open in March 2025 at 24200 Via Mazinni Way, Suite 301, in the new Bella Piazza development.
“Our mission is to provide a professional office environment for entrepreneurs who are launching a new business, taking their business out of their homes or garages, or adding team members to their existing and growing businesses,” said Max Burns, a residential real estate broker. “We see the Office Evolution Richmond location becoming a thriving place for the growth of businesses in the area, and we can’t wait to get started.”
Bella Piazza, where Office Evolution Richmond will be located, is a four-story, 80,000-square-foot medical office building, but Burns expects Office Evolution members to diversify the space with a variety of business expertise in many different professions. The Office Evolution suite will span 12,700 square feet.
The building is located in a prosperous neighborhood of offices and retail shops, with convenient access to Fulshear, Richmond, Katy, Sugar Land and Houston. With high ceilings and tall windows, it’s designed to let in plenty of natural light and makes for an ideal working environment.
The Office Evolution suite will be built out with 65 offices and two conference rooms. It will provide coworking space, dedicated desks, private offices, private mailboxes and phone booths for discreet conversations. The suite will have a kitchen stocked with free snacks, coffee and water for members and a large lounge/reception/cafe area and a large conference room for events.
“Choosing to work with Office Evolution was a no-brainer for us,” Max said. “There was no reason to reinvent the wheel, with their proven systems and track record in the coworking space. They have over 80 other offices in the country now and they’re expanding, yet they still feel like family. All of their interactions were very heartfelt and showed a true interest in making our new journey as franchisees as smooth as possible.”
The couple are proud parents of two daughters, ages 12 and 14, and are actively involved in the girls’ school and community groups. Max enjoys mountain biking, kayaking and lifting weights, while Rosi loves traveling, spending time with her daughters, reading and gardening.
