I hope this email finds you well. We wanted to reach out to you today with some important news regarding our annual Holiday Market.

Unfortunately, we must announce the cancellation of this year's Holiday Market, which was scheduled to take place in November. The decision comes as the venue we typically use is undergoing major renovations during that time, making it unavailable for hosting our event. Additionally there are no other suitable venues capable of supporting our many vendors and Holiday Market visitors that number in the thousands.

While we understand this news may be disappointing, we want to assure you that this decision was not taken lightly. However, we are excited to share that the renovations will allow us to come back in 2025 with an even bigger and better Holiday Market experience. The newly renovated facility will provide us with exciting opportunities to enhance the market and create an even more memorable experience for both artists and attendees.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this time of transition. We look forward to seeing you at the Holiday Market in 2025.
