The 2024 Princeton Festival opens with an operatic extravaganza! Superstar soprano Angel Blue, fresh off a season of performances in major houses both at home and abroad, joins the Princeton Symphony Orchestra for a program of favorite arias.
Program includes favorite arias by Puccini, Verdi, and Gershwin, and orchestra works by Dvo?ák, Puccini, Chapí, and Delius.

The Music of Tina Turner
The Queen of Rock 'n' Roll!
Join us as we celebrate Tina Turner, the iconic “Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll,” with this all-new, live concert presentation centered on the trailblazing artist's mega hits such as “What’s Love Got To Do With It,” “Simply the Best,” “Proud Mary,” “River Deep, Mountain High,” and many others. With three prominent artists including Broadway star and American Idol finalist LaKisha Jones, plus guest conductor Lucas Waldin and the Princeton Symphony Orchestra.

Sonia De Los Santos
Family Concert
In this upbeat and joyful bilingual concert, Sonia De Los Santos and her band invite audiences to enjoy a delightful collection of original songs sung in Spanish and English. Nominated for a Latin Grammy®, Sonia was hailed by Billboard as “one of the Latin children’s music artists you should know.”
Program:
It’s hard not to smile when Sonia is sharing some of her favorite things - migrating birds, friendship, chocolate, and anecdotes about growing up in Mexico and realizing her childhood dream of moving to New York.
Her songs are inspired by various Latin American rhythms like huapango, cumbia, salsa and festejo, as well as the North American folk traditions from the United States.

Family Day at the Princeton Festival
Kid-Friendly Activities and Music
Children of all ages are invited to take part in free, kid-friendly activities including our instrument petting zoo, musical crafts, and taking a turn at our large toe-tap piano!
Stop by our Listen Up! Exhibit at 2:30 to see and support young artists who are part of our middle school program and created incredible works of art in response to our March concert.
It's all happening on the Colonial Lawn at Morven Museum and Garden!
Enjoy food prepared by our on-site vendors located behind the Main Museum building, in front of the Stockton Education Center.
Cap the day with tickets to see the 4pm concert featuring Sonia de los Santos in the Festival's performance pavilion! Family Fun Day is presented as community outreach with PSO BRAVO!, the Princeton Symphony Orchestra's education program.
Free and open to the public.

Abeo Quartet
Formed at Juilliard in 2018 and a prizewinner at major chamber music competitions, the Abeo Quartet is quickly establishing itself as one of the leading string quartets of its generation. In its debut Princeton Festival performance, the quartet presents works by Schubert, Shostakovich, and Esmail.

Mozart's Così fan tutte
Enjoy a fresh production of Mozart’s beloved comic opera, a rollicking romantic comedy examining the difference between men and women. With stage direction by James Marvel, scenic design by Blair Mielnik, and score performed by the Princeton Symphony Orchestra conducted by Edward T. Cone Music Director Rossen Milanov.

Juneteenth Celebration Honoring Black Choral Music
Choral conductor Vinroy D. Brown, Jr. of Westminster Choir College leads a choir drawn from the community and anchored by the Capital Singers of Trenton. The program will feature Robert Ray’s iconic Gospel Mass with additional choral selections highlighting the joy and spirit of Black music.

An Evening with Santino Fontana
Tony Award-winning actor Santino Fontana, known on Broadway for his star turns in Tootsie and Cinderella, television roles in Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and Sisters, and voicing Prince Hans in Disney's animated film Frozen, joins the Princeton Festival line-up with an entertaining, cabaret-style evening. Accompanied by piano, he sings delightful renditions of Broadway melodies while regaling audience members with anecdotes gleaned from performing on stage and screen.*
