Good afternoon all you iTR Trail Runners and Trail Enthusiasts! #RUNITR

Wanted to start off with an important update about Redtail Ridge 2023 edition.

Due to the inclement weather that the bay area took on at the beginning of the year it left some of the trails in really tough shape. We were informed on January 23rd and let all registered runners know that Lake Chabot is not in shape to host an event at this time and right now we have been told they do not know when they will be opening back up to trail races or other events due to the damage they had in and around the park.

We informed all registered runners immediately of our next course of action. It is with exciting news that we have found a new venue for the event as of late last week! The event will be the Redtail Ridge Trail Run "China Camp State Park Edition" for 2023. With that being said we will only be able to host a 5k, 10k and Half Marathon this year.

If you are in the 30k or 50k, please check your email for a message from us. All other participants will receive another email soon about the logistics for the event. This event will be happening on February 18!

iTR Race Recap

Rounding out January we had our Fort Ord Trail Run and Ordnance 100k, congratulations to everyone who got out there and took on the trails in and around Fort Ord National Monument.

Results

We had great trail weather and volunteers who really put on a show for all the runners who were putting their best foot (or paws) forward!
