Registration Open for New Food Business Class

Brevard County, FL - Are you interested in starting your own food business? Join us at the UF/IFAS Extension Office to learn the ins and outs of food business operations! In this class, we will cover the different food business types, food safety, regulatory agencies, writing a business plan, and more. This class is perfect for anyone looking to start their own small business!

The class will be held at the UF/IFAS Brevard Extension Office (3695 Lake Drive, Cocoa, FL 32926) on Saturday, April 29, and Saturday, May 6 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Participants will also have the opportunity to give out samples of their product on Thursday, May 4 at the Brevard County Farmers Market to get customer feedback. The cost of this program is $125.
