Tanger Outlets Phoenix has announced the completion of its extensive renovation project, enhancing the guest experience for the Glendale community. The center boasts a modernized exterior with an expansive green space, new seating arrangements and various cosmetic enhancements, elevating every aspect of Glendale’s upscale outlet shopping destination. Recent openings, including Texas Roadhouse, Victoria’s Secret, Sephora and Buckle, complement the center’s completed renovation work.

The renovation includes an all-new turf play zone featuring interactive activities for all ages to enjoy. The outdoor area boasts turf mounds and an entertainment stage for locals and visitors to come together in community.

Pavilions across the property feature comfortable lounge seating, benches and worktables, offering visitors a functional, protected place to escape the sun while gathering with friends and family. In addition to newly added umbrellas in the Main Entry Court, inviting cabanas located in various corridors provide even more shade and seating options for shoppers wanting to relax in between visiting Tanger Phoenix’s more than 90 premier retailers.    

The entirety of Tanger Phoenix’s 410,753-square-foot property reflects a fresh and modern appearance with light gray accents contrasted by darker-toned trims. Pops of earth-toned colors are sprinkled throughout, along with wooden slat detailing to create a layer of warmth and depth. Updated lighting and landscaping — from free-flowing designs to container gardens with seating — put a finishing touch on the renovation project.
