From: Truro Public LibraryKristen Andres, from the Association to Preserve Cape Cod, talks about gardening in a way that adapts to climate change and can help mitigate its effects. She will discuss ways to reduce watering, recommend drought-tolerant plants that thrive on the Cape, and suggest ways that you can create a haven for all-important pollinators. Her experience and expertise will help you get your gardening season off to a great start!
About The Truro Climate Action Committee: The Truro Climate Action Committee primary focus is to investigate, study, and make recommendations to the Select Board on minimizing the Town’s carbon footprint and minimizing the vulnerabilities to the consequences of climate change.
