Those looking to make their New Year’s resolutions stick are invited to the Scientology Volunteer Ministers of Florida Center for tools to help. The Center is open Monday to Friday from 10:00am until 7:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 2:00pm until 7:00pm.

“Per a survey conducted in early December 2024 by YouGov.com shows that people are resolving to save money, improve their physical health and being happier,” said Petra Kronburger, the Executive Director for the Volunteer Ministers of Florida. “The trick is how to do that? How do you keep yourself motivated to follow the new budget, the new diet plan or to live a more positive life?”

Kronburger recommends a proactive approach. “The Volunteer Ministers offer free courses that provide tools to keep you motivated.”

These courses include “Targets and Goals,” “Basics of Organizing” and “Tools for the Workplace.”

“The Tools for the Workplace course was a great experience,” wrote one student. “It helped me realize that I could very easily overcome confusion. Also, it taught me about workplace exhaustion and how to overcome it. The course explained very practical and simple solutions to everyday problems that can be used by everyone. I strongly value simplicity, and I feel that the course offered simplicity, in a powerful and effective way.”
