The San Diego International Auto Show features a wide variety of the latest new vehicles, all under one roof, making it ideal for consumers to comparison shop and discover new models, including the newest EVs. Debuts and New Releases

Be among the first to see debuts of all-new vehicles not yet in showrooms and vehicles just released prior to the San Diego International Auto Show. The auto show features an incredible variety of new vehicles with the latest technology and innovations, luxurious interiors and cutting-edge designs. More than a dozen Debuts and New Releases are expected to appear at the 2024 San Diego Auto Show, and will include vehicles like Volkswagen’s all-electric ID. Buzz, Hyundai’s all-new Santa Fe, and Chevrolet’s first-ever Silverado EV.

Test Drives

Get behind the wheel and take it for a spin! Test drives are the ultimate way to experience and evaluate a vehicle, and Audi, Chevrolet, Ford, and Kia will be offering free test drives for San Diego Auto Show attendees. Street test drives are located along the front drive of the convention center, and they typically operate 10am-5pm each day of the show.

New for the 2024 San Diego Auto Show is our indoor EV Test Track, a thrilling experience as you ride along with a professional driver in the all-new Nissan Ariya on a course designed to showcase the incredible performance offered by Nissan’s flagship EV. EV drives and rides are powered by LENZ Charging.

Electric Avenue

Be sure to stop by Electric Avenue, where EVs and other plug-ins from Cadillac, Chrysler, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Toyota & Volkswagen are expected to be on display. Electric Avenue will make it easy for consumers to discover new electric vehicles and compare different plug-in models.

Inside Electric Avenue, volunteers from the Electric Vehicle Association will be available to provide valuable ownership information and advice to those considering the purchase of a plug-in vehicle.

Electric vehicles from Audi, Chevrolet, Ford and Kia will be available for street test drives, plus Nissan will be offering thrilling rides on the indoor Nissan EV Test Track. You’ll find street test drives along the front drive of the convention center from 10am to 5pm each day of the show. Test drives of EVs are powered by LENZ Charging.

Mobility Zone

The Mobility Zone returns to the San Diego International Auto Show and will feature different types of adaptive equipment to help those with physical challenges find the freedom to Go. Be. And Live. High performance cars, off road vehicles, lowered floor minivans, modified full size vans, and other handicap accessible vehicles may be on display from GoldenBoy Mobility, showing that today, there are no limits to transportation. In addition to the vehicles, the mobility zone will showcase many different types of adaptive equipment that can be added to vehicles to accommodate the use of scooters and wheelchairs, including driving controls, seat modifications, lifts, and more.
