Scenthound, the nation’s first dog hygiene and wellness franchise whose primary goal is to keep dogs clean, healthy and happy, has opened a location in Cedar Mill. Located at 13611 NW Cornell Rd., the “Scenter” opened on Dec. 13, making routine hygiene and preventive care accessible for all dogs in Cedar Mill.

Scenthound Cedar Mill is proudly owned by local resident Betsy Bingham, an engineer by profession. Through her son, Bingham discovered Scenthound and recognized a significant need for its services in her community. Inspired by the brand, Bingham decided to embark on a new journey, bringing the business to Oregon with plans to open five locations in the Portland area. Bingham has partnered with her good friend and experienced sales professional, Farrah Thomason, who will serve as the area manager for all five locations. Scenthound Cedar Mill is the first of these five locations to open around Portland.  

“Farrah and I are both dog owners, and through Scenthound, we’ve gained invaluable knowledge about proper canine hygiene that we are eager to share with the Portland community,” said Bingham. “We understand that dogs become a part of the family, and we look forward to working with local dog parents to ensure their pets are happy, healthy, and most importantly, feel loved.”
