(SCOTTSDALE, AZ) The Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (Scottsdale REALTORS®) supports the Scottsdale Unified School District budget override and Fountain Hills and Paradise Valley school district bonds in the November 2023 General Election.

Maintenance & Operations Override: Renewal at .3288% interest for seven years

Cost to average homeowner: $172.21 per year

Potential home value appreciation: $3,444.20 per year

Fountain Hills

$25M Bond: 12% or less interest per year; 16 years maturity

Cost to average homeowner: $105.23 per year

Potential home value appreciation: $2,104.60 per year

Paradise Valley

$340M Bond: Renewal at 10% or less interest per year; 4 years maturity

Cost to homeowners: $47 per $100,000 of assessed value (AV) per year

Potential home value appreciation: $940 per $100,000 AV per year

Students need access to well-maintained and safe schools.  Don’t let our schools fall into disrepair.  By directly funding necessary repair and maintenance needs, it reduces the pressure our schools consistently face, choosing between teacher retention or funding emergency facility repairs.  Make a wise investment in your community by voting YES on the school override and bonds.

This is a “Ballot by Mail” election.  Ballots go out on October 11, 2023.
