We are currently seeking someone who is willing to volunteer as our Facility Manager, or as Assistants to what will become a Facility Manager.

The Facility Manager would ideally be:

- available daytime, to contact and supervise vendors, that may be reviewing issues in order to supply a quote, or hired to perform various building maintenance.

- able to negotiate with multiple vendors on specific maintenance tasks.

- a good handman, who could handle repair of minor things such as loose doorknobs, clogged toilets or drain pipes, replacing lightbulbs, etc.

- responsible for supervising a custodian, who is responsible for cleaning the building.

Facility Assistants would perform the same, and perhaps not be as well versed in maintenance, but still available to help.

The Manager and Assistants are not paid positions. You would be a volunteer.
