We’re bringing back the Shovel Races! Race down the slopes on a snow shovel in this exhilarating competition that’s perfect for speedshovel enthusiasts of all ages.

Schedule of Events:

Friday, January 31:

-Practice Day: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Saturday, February 1:

Little Scoops Finals: 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM

-Each Little Scoop racer gets one run.

Qualifying Runs Men’s and Women’s: 10:00 AM – 2 PM

-Course open, each racer gets two runs, with the fastest run being used to determine placement for finals.

Finals: 2:30 PM – 4 PM

-The top 10 times will advance to finals

-Finalists get one runs, with the best times determining 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

-Finals run counts; we will not count your time from qualifiers if the qualifying time is faster.

-No protests.

Awards: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

-Join us in Village Haus for awards and prize money presentation and live music from Ry Taylor.

-Kids “Little Scoops”: Ages 12 and under
