Cozy Up with a Good Book Reading Challenge! ‘Tis the season for coziness. Grab a blanket, your fluffy socks, and your favorite book. Log your reading to earn badges all winter long. Reading will also earn you raffle tickets which you can enter to win awesome prizes like tickets to The Hanover Theatre, gift card to Tatnuck Booksellers, or tickets to a Pirates game!

The Mitten Scavenger Hunt Throughout the month of January in the Children's Room.
80's Trivia Night Monday, January 9th at 6 p.m. Test your 80's knowledge and eat pizza!
Your Name in Morse Code Day with Legos Wednesday, January 11th from 4-8 p.m. Build with Legos while you learn how to write your name in Morse Code!
Little Kids Creative Drama Saturday, January 14th at 10 a.m. Come and get silly and learn with your little one!
Alchemy Laboratory with Ed the Wizard Saturday, January 14th at 3 p.m. For kids 7+ who want to learn everyday magic.
The Little Gym Move and Learn Tuesday, January 17th at 2 p.m. For kids ages 2-6 to learn through movement.
Kid Inventor Day! Tuesday, January 17th at 6 p.m. Think, create, build, and solve during this STEM program for kids in grades 1-5.
Tools for Tiny Hands Monday, January 23rd at 10 a.m. Practice school readiness skills for kids ages 2-5 and a grownup.
Delicious Destinations: China Tuesday, January 24th at 4 p.m. Learn to make and enjoy eating delicious treats in celebration of the Chinese New Year.
Pokemon Card Trading Wednesday, January 25th at 6 p.m. Traders of all ages welcome!
Pajama Storytime Thursday, January 26th at 6 p.m. Wear your jammies and enjoy stories and a craft. For preschool families.
Purple Party Saturday, January 28th at 2 p.m. Celebrate all things purple by playing games and making crafts.
Community StoryWalk®!
This month's StoryWalk® at Lake Street Park is Over and Under the Snow by Kate Messner. This wonderful community book was done in partnership with Shrewsbury Parks & Recreation and the Friends of the Library.
