Celebrate the 4th of July holiday with us at an exhilarating static airshow! Marvel at an impressive lineup of military aircraft on display on the airport tarmac. Enjoy delicious offerings from local food trucks and a variety of other attractions.

Parade:

9 am Start | Along Hwy 50 from Ski Run Blvd to Al Tahoe Blvd. (Heading Westbound)
The Stars & Stripes for Service parade celebrates the dedication and spirit of our community's volunteers. Enjoy a festive display of floats, performances, and patriotic pride as we honor those who selflessly serve our community.

Join the City of South Lake Tahoe in celebrating our nation's birthday by showing off your community pride at the annual 4th of July Parade.

Stay put after the parade and turn your eyes to the sky for an exhilarating 4th of July Airshow over the lake. The 129th Rescue Wing will showcase a spectacular rescue demonstration starting at noon.

Parade Start

9:00 am sharp. The parade will travel westbound along Hwy 50 starting at Ski Run Blvd.

4th Of July Airshow Over The Lake

12 pm Start | Lakeview Commons

Stay put after the parade and turn your eyes to the sky for an exhilarating 4th of July Airshow over the lake. The 129th Rescue Wing will showcase a spectacular rescue demonstration featuring Pave Hawk helicopters, pararescuers, and more. Don't miss this thrilling display of aerial skill and precision!

The airshow will take place 1000' off the beach off Lakeview Commons. Swimming or boating will not be permitted in the area until after 1 pm.
