In order to be considered for the taco eating contest, please submit a video audition showing how many tacos you can eat in 3 minutes. You can post the video to social
media and tag @stltacofest or e-mail it to us at: [email protected]  and we will post all qualifying entries to our social media. - Taco eating contest contestants will be announced a week before the event.
