The 2025 Georgia Tribute Festival paying tribute to Elvis Presley, Las Vegas legends, classic and modern country and more in a weekend full of music for all ages.

Originally know as the "Georgia Elvis Festival," the Original Georgia Tribute Festival has been held in the quaint seaside community of Brunswick, Georgia since 2013 and has delivered a tributes to the Elvis in Southern Georgia unlike any other event.

This year’s festival will be produced as part of Downtown Brunswick’s First Friday Celebration and will include an attempt to break the world record of 895 people dressed to impersonate Elvis with the goal of getting 1,000 people in costume.  More details on the world record attempt will be available though this website shortly.

The festival will feature four Las Vegas-style headline shows, a street party and an Elvis tribute artist contest (a preliminary to the Images of the King World Championship in Memphis), after parties and more opportunities to enjoy great music with your friends and family.

The box office will be open today from 2 PM until 5 PM at the Ritz Theatre and then we’ll give out tickets at the Blue Door at the start of the Opening Ceremony.

5:00 p.m: Kick Off Party
Join us for entertainment by some of our contestants and headliners as we kick off the Georgia Festival.

Friday, April 4, 2025

The box office will open at 10 AM at the Ritz Theatre on Friday morning and will be open before each show with short breaks throughout the day.

11:00 a.m: Images of the King Preliminary – Round 1
Watch as some of the world’s best ETAs compete for prize money. The contest is opened to two divisions, Adults and the "Big-Little King Contest." Doors open at 10:00 a.m.

2:30 p.m: Friday Matinee Concert
"Elvis: 30 #1 Hits"
Starring: Robert Washington, Dan Fontaine, Jordan Poole, Dan Barrella and Maxlee James
Today’s matinee concert features the songs from the album of the same name performed by our weekends headliners.
Location: Ritz Theater – Brunswick, GA

5:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: A Night of 1000 Elvis’: Historic Downtown Brunswick’s First Friday Celebration
Thousands will be on hand as we attempt to break the world record of 895 people dressed to impersonate Elvis with the goal of getting over 1,000 people in costume.  More details on the world record attempt will be available though this website shortly. Featuring Gordon Hendricks’ tribute to Elvis Presley in the 1970s, Robert Washington’s tribute to James Brown, Irv Cass’ tribute to Tom Jones, Maxlee James as Billy Joel and Dan Barrella, hosting the show as Frank Sinatra.

After Hours Party

Grab dinner and drinks in the City of Brunswick, GA and enjoy entertainment in one of Brunswick’s Signature Squares (sponsored by local businesses).

7:00 p.m: Saturday Evening Concert
"Country Roads"
Starring Gordon Hendricks, Jordan Poole, Dan Fontaine, Maxlee James, Cheryl Crenshaw, Dan Barrella and more.
Featuring tributes to modern and legendary country featuring an exploration of Elvis country music, the music of Johnny Cash a tribute to the Judds and original country songs from Gordon Hendricks and Jordan Poole.

Sunday, April 6, 2025

We are going to run Sunday a little differently this year and incorporate the Gospel Music event into the finals. The box office will open at 11 AM at the Ritz Theatre on Sunday morning.

12:00 p.m: Images of the King Preliminary, Final Round with a Gospel Opening and a set by last year’s champion Dan Fontaine
First up some of our headliners will perform a short set of Elvis’ gospel and inspiration music to get the day started.  We’ll continue with the contest finals and conclude the day with a set from last year’s champion Dan Fontaine and the awards ceremony.

7:00 p.m: Wrap Party
Listen to a little more music, grab a drink and a bite to eat as you say goodbye to your friends and the performers. Doors open at 7 PM.
