District 3 Community Forum Video and Recap
On March 23rd, Supervisor Miller hosted the inaugural District 3 Community Forum in Casa Grande. This forum provided a space for community members to voice their ideas and concerns and hear from county leadership and staff. We heard from a panel of community members representing various aspects of the community, from youth to business owners, sharing their ideas to better serve our district's constituents.
Transportation and road maintenance issues were among the topics discussed. We will continue to work with the county’s Public Works staff to address these issues and concerns. Click here to view the five-year transportation improvement and maintenance program (TIMP) with the tentative schedule of road maintenance and construction projects in District 3. Additionally, we discussed the need for increased involvement opportunities for youth, such as outreach opportunities and county internships. Improving communication regarding employment opportunities and resources was also discussed. We will continue working with Arizona@Work Pinal County and the county’s Workforce Development team to communicate available resources to those seeking employment.
Thank you to all the community members who attended the event for their participation. We will continue to provide increased opportunities to enhance district communication and engagement with the community. If you have questions that were not answered at the event, or if you would like to schedule some time to speak with Supervisor Miller, please call our office at (520) 866-7401. We look forward to serving you!
