Our Travel Back in Maritime exhibit highlights descendants of ancient species that can still be found swimming in Long Island Sound and underwater giants that went extinct with the dinosaurs.  

As you move through the Aquarium, you will discover the species in Long Island Sound’s family lines date back much further than you may have thought. Plus, guests that complete our fun scavenger hunt during their visit will receive a sweet treat!
