THANK YOU TO OUR SUPPORTERS FOR THE RESTORATION OF  MARK TWAIN AND HIS CHARACTERS

A BIG THANK YOU to all who helped us meet our matching challenge! Over $10k was raised to restore Mark Twain and His Characters, a maquette sculpture by Walter Russell, that was removed from display in 2019 due to its poor condition. Thanks to a 1:1 matching pledge by Michael J. Dury, former MTH&M Board President, and the support of many donors, we were able to have the sculpture conserved and restored. We hope to have the maquette back on display very soon!

The program uses the excitement surrounding the Travelers Championship golf tournament to help organizations in communities across the region raise awareness and funds to support our missions.
