From: The New Orleans Jazz MuseumWe recently announced the Herb Alpert Foundation awarded the New Orleans Jazz Museum a $5 million matching grant which will allow the museum to expand the Herb Alpert Education Wing and modernize our performance center, as well as renovate the lobby and grounds.
In addition to this exciting news, we look forward to an eventful spring featuring new exhibits, programs, performances and festivals!

Bourbon Street Black, Danny Barker: A New Orleans Jazz Legend
Eric Waters is a leading photographer in New Orleans and has documented the Danny Barker Festival since its inception. This photographic exhibit features highlights from Waters’ body of work. Bourbon Street Black will be on display during the Danny Barker Festival which takes place from March 6th through March 10th at the Jazz Museum.
