FALL CLASSES!
We don't want to think about the end of summer either, but we are excited to announce our lineup of FREE art and music classes for the fall semester! The class descriptions and schedule will be released by September 1st. Weekly classes begin the week of September 26th.
In the meantime, we do have this inspiring 2-day "Art in Action" workshop planned for September 9th-10th from 10am-12:45pm:
This workshop is for all passionate creatives between the ages of 13-17 who are eager to merge their artistic interests with their desire for social change. Whether you are an emerging artist, an activist at heart, or simply curious about the power of creative expression, this FREE workshop is for you. Join us for a 2-day experience where we foster an inclusive space and inspire one another to make a difference through the power of art. In this collaborative setting, participants will have the opportunity to work in groups, drawing inspiration from influential artists who have used their creativity to ignite movements and challenge the status quo. Don't miss this chance to unleash your artistic voice and make a meaningful impact within your community. This workshop is offered jointly with LiveGirl, and was made possible through a generous grant from the Teaching Artist Hub CT. 6 spots available. Registration required through TNAS website.
