A trio of UNCW cross country runners – Nash Mills, Summer Herbertson and Griffin Wald ­– punched their ticket to the NCAA Southeast Regional with their strong results at the 2023 Coastal Athletic Conference Association Championships on Friday morning at the Pole Green Park.
