This announcement is being made as a courtesy to all abutters and members of the public who have an interest in this agenda item.

The Planning and Community Development Department received the extended Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) on December 13, 2022. This did not give the Board and their hired peer review consultant enough time to review the extended TIA; the Board granted a continuance to February 21, 2023 at 6:00PM.
