PUT ME IN COACH

Details: The Oro Valley Sports Alliance in collaboration with the Oro Valley Parks and Recreation Department will host the 2023 edition of the event. Representatives from a wide range of local youth sports organizations will be present and will have information regarding the youth sports and fitness programs that will be available this fall to the residents of Oro Valley and northwest Tucson. The event is free, and we anticipate organizations that represent youth football, lacrosse, baseball, soccer, swimming, cheerleading, mountain bicycling, pickleball and other sports programs will be present.

TRIVIA AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER

Date: Saturday, August 5

Time: 4-6 p.m. (quiz begins at 4:30 p.m.)

Location: Overlook Restaurant at the Community Center, 10555 N La Canada Dr. 

Details: Join us for trivia day at the Overlook at the Community & Recreation Center! The event will include a 75-minute traditional bar-style trivia session, happy hour deals on food and drinks and a child watch option for parents with kiddos. Participation in trivia is free; however, the child watch service will be $5 per child. Pre-registration is required and registration is only required by one person per team (up to 6 players per team).
