Town Of Palm Beach News Town Council To Appoint Member(S) To The Code Enforcement Board

The Town of Palm Beach is seeking to appoint one (1) member to the Code Enforcement Board.   The term will expire on April 1, 2023 and one member is eligible for reappointment.

The Code Enforcement Board hears cases involving violations of the Town Code and ordinances, and imposes administrative fines and other noncriminal penalties where a pending or repeated violation exists. Members must be registered voters of the Town and are appointed by Town Council based on experience or interest in the fields of zoning and building control.  

All citizens interested in pursuing appointment to the Code Enforcement Board must complete the appropriate application for service and submit the same to the Town Clerk’s Office by Friday, March 17, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.  The appointments to the Code Enforcement Board will be on the agenda for consideration and potential action at the Town Council meeting on Monday, April 3, 2023.
