We are so excited to have Ashley Frasca from Green & Growing on 95.5 WSB Radio at Harris County Public Library for a virtual webinar continuing our spring gardening series! You will learn gardening techniques and have a Q&A session, so have your gardening question ready!

Annual Meeting
Friends of LaGrange Library are gearing for the spring membership drive with renewal letters going out the first week of April and new members welcome at any time. https://thrl.org/friends-of-the-lagrange-memorial-library/
The Friends Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 20th, at Del'avant with business meeting at 6:15 and program starting at 6:30. Speaker will be historian and author Carolyn Curry, wife of retired GA Tech football coach Bill Curry. She will discuss her books, Sudden Death (a mystery) and The Life of Ella Gertrude Clanton Thomas, an award winning biography of a Georgia woman.

Now Lending Technology
The library is now offering Chromebooks and Launchpad educational tablets for checkout. Launchpad tablets are designed for children ages 3-10 and contain preloaded educational games in the areas of STEAM, Early Literacy, Science, Critical Thinking, and more. Checkout a Chromebook to take home to do school work, look for a job, work on your small business, or explore other interests.
This project was assisted through a grant from the Georgia Public Library Service with federal pandemic funding from the State of Georgia Governor's Office.
