6:00pm: Wine and Popcorn Pairing
Location: I/G Winery
Cost: $50
Join hosts Jim Santangelo and David McCurdy at one of our perennial favorites as they present this fun and educational gathering pairing Utah wines with different flavors of popcorn. Yes, you read that right, popcorn and wine. Trust us, you’ll be amazed at how fun this is.
6:00pm: Culinary & Carbonic
Location: Water Canyon Resort Winery
Cost: $140
This food and wine event brings together the culinary craftsmanship of Water Canyon Resort’s Executive Chef, Indy Tooke, pairing the delectable flavors of Water Canyon Resort Winery’s carbonic style wines, to create a food and wine event like no other. Plan to join owners Shane and Kalie at Water Canyon Winery in Hildale for this night of great food, live music, fireside conversations and Shane’s amazing Utah wines.
8:00pm: Margarita Madness
Location: I/G Winery

See one of the most popular cocktails, the margarita, in a whole new light at margarita madness! Throughout the evening enjoy entertaining information regarding tequila and margaritas in addition to a unique take on this sharp yet refreshing cocktail.

11:00am: Mixology Utah
Location: I/G Winery

Join the always entertaining Jim Santangelo as he walks you through a tasting of Utah-produced spirits and teaches you the art of mixology to give you the knowledge you need to make your own delectable craft cocktails at home.
11:00am: Utah Grapes and Their European Counterparts
Location: I/G Winery
Cost: $65
Join European Master of Wine Sheral Schowe, owner of the Wasatch Academy of Wine as she takes you on a guided tasting of Utah wines and their European counter parts. Join Sheral as she gives you an in-depth comparison of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sangiovese and Tempranillo comparing those grown in Utah to those that were produced in their native countries in Europe. You will also learn the history of these varietals and why they are becoming such popular varietals among Utah wine growers.
3:00pm: Flights and Bites
Location: I/G Winery
Cost: $65
Join Utah winemakers at a private table as they talk you through a tasting of their wines. Enjoy a small plate of bites that pair perfectly with the wines as you discuss why they made their wines in the style that they did. If you have ever wanted to sit and talk wine with the owners and the winemakers of Utah and get their “behind the scenes” stories of what they do and why they do it, this is your chance.
6:00pm: Terroir to Table Dinner
Location: Red Acre Farm
Cost: $145
Join us for a unique dining experience under the open sky. The dinner will include wine from Utah wineries. There will be appetizers before we gather for a farm tour. Then, a sit-down dinner will be served family-style (or farm-style). Discussion and questions from the guests will be encouraged. Farmer and chef Sara Patterson will create the menu with ingredients dictated by what they freshly harvest from Red Acre Farm.
6:00pm: Epicurean’s On The Edge
Location: Cedar Mountain

Experience the culinary artistry of Utah’s 2023 Chef of The Year, Shon Foster as he presents one of his amazing Off-The-Grid meals paired with the wine artistry of Utah’s winemakers. This year we will be dining at the top of Cedar Mountain, right beside Linford’s pond. Enjoy this special meal as you watch the sunset over the western mountains while the lights of Cedar City slowly appear in the valley far below.
6:00pm: Magnifique
Location: Brian Head

For a new event this year, we wanted to create something for the most discriminating foodies in Utah. If you are the person looking for an “over the top” yet very intimate culinary experience, then this event is for you. You’ll will be treated to a magnificent experience on the edge of Cedar Breaks just south of Brian Head, UT. When you get here, you will be greeted with exquisite caviar and crème fraîche and Utah sparkling wine while you soak in the magnificent views. From there you’ll walk to a small clearing under a canopy of pine and aspen trees as chef Cole Chiaramonte and chef Rya Frazier create 8 incredible courses including grade-5 Wagyu beef, as you dine in the splendor of this natural setting. This is intended to be an intimate meal where you are up close and interactive with Chef Cole and so there are only 20 tickets available. If you love food, and you love to pair it with experiences like no other, then this exclusive event is one that you should not miss.

11:00am: Viticulture and Vino
Location: Mindira Vineyard, Rockville, UT
Cost: $65
Southern Utah’s newest vineyard, called Mindira, is located on the banks of the Virgin River, in Rockville, just outside Zion National Park. It is being planted now, but we want you to be a part of the vineyards legacy. Everyone at this event will have a chance to plant a vine in the last row to be planted as you learn a little about the varietal you’re planting, and of course, try some wine made from that varietal. Once that is done, we will all celebrate the completion of the vineyard with wine, small bites and live music.
6:30pm: Grand Dinner on Center
Location: Center Street Cedar City
Cost: $175
We close down Center Street and set up a table the length of the block in order to serve this immersive dinner experience. You’ll be greeted at the entrance with a glass of wine as our Maître d’ takes you to your seats. Sit down, relax, chat with old friends and make some new ones as you enjoy the food of renowned Chefs Cole Chiaramonte and Rya Frazier with The Pub Craft Kitchen, perfectly paired with several outstanding Utah wines.

9:00-11:00am: Farewell Breakfast
Location: Sweet Pea Farm and Orchard, Parowan, UT
Cost: $50
Join us for one final meal as we say goodbye until next year, with a parting breakfast served under the fruit trees at beautiful Sweet Pea Farm and Orchard in Parowan. Dayla Ulrich will prepare the perfect farm fresh breakfast to enjoy as you to reflect on the new friends and the great memories that you made during the 2023 Utah Wine Festival.
