9 am  – 5 pm

8:00 am : BREAKFAST – Breakfast Burritos, coffee, orange juice and donuts will be served until 10 a.m.

10:00am : by the Knights of Columbus in the pavilion.

9:00 am : ART & CRAFT SHOW – Exhibitors will display and sell their handcrafted items until 5 p.m.

10:00 am : FAIR WELCOME – Chairperson: Marcia Young NATIONAL ANTHEM – Light Hearted Quartet

10:30 am : TEDDY BEAR PICNIC – Bring you favorite teddy bear to the stage for a picnic and story. Sponsored by the West Branch Public Library.

11:00 am : BABY CONTEST – Sponsored by the Ogemaw Child Protection Council. Registration will take place near the stage from 10:20 a.m.-10:45 a.m. Cost $5 per baby. Children 0-6, 7-11 and 12-24 months will be judged on their best smile, Prettiest hair, prettiest eyes and best attire.

12:00 pm : ELF KHURAFEH SHRINERS CLOWNS – These fun-loving clowns will be near the pavilion

2:00 pm : entertaining the young and the old. The Lady Clowns will be joining them to do some face painting.

12:30 pm : Minnow Races – Held near the creek. Sponsored by the West Branch Creative Arts Assoc.

2:00 pm : CHERRY SEED SPITTING CONTEST-FREE. Optimist Club members invite contestants of all ages to have a chance to see just how far they can spit a seed! This is great fun. Prizes awarded.

2:00 pm : NORTHERN BLEND CHORUS – on stage.

3:00 pm : THE RED ACCORDIAN-Bob Schneider

3:00 pm : BOAT RACE IN THE CREEK – Small wooden sailboats produced by Creative Arts members will be sailing to the finish line.

Children ages 3-12 are welcome to compete for First, second and third place prizes.

Registration will take place at the creek. A fee is charged and the children get to keep their boats for future sailing.

We have planned a Scavenger Hunt for the kids. They can pick up their Cards at the Information

Booth which will have the list of items they need to collect. Prizes will be given for the most items collected.

August 13, 2023

10 am - 4 p.m.

8 am : BREAKFAST – Sausage Gravy & Biscuits will be served until 10 am by the Masonic Lodge

10:00 am : ART & CRAFT SHOW – Exhibitors will be selling a variety of unique handcrafted items.

11:00 am : RANDY LEITER SHOW-Randy & Sue Leiter

12:00 pm : MINNOW RACES – Held near the creek. Sponsored by the West Branch Creative Arts Assoc.

1:00 pm : DANCE REVIEW – Students from Carol Ann’s Dance Studio in West Branch will be performing tap, ballet, and jazz on stage.

2:00 pm : RED ACCORDIAN - Bob Schneider

2:00 pm : ICE CREAM LICKING CONTEST – FREE. The contest will be held on the basketball court.

Ages 4-12.

4:00 pm : END OF THE 43Rd ANNUAL VICTORIAN ART FAIR.

Free Shuttle service provided between Irons Park, Plaza East, Old K-mart/Mclaren parking lot, Downtown West Branch and in front of Fourth Street Gift Shop & Gallery. Saturday 9 am : 5 p.m., Sunday, 12 noon to 4 p.m.
