Wear loose/stretchy pants (sweats, track pants, leggings, etc... jeans do not work well as they do not stretch), dress in layers as it's between 35-40 degrees on the ice, but you'll warm up as you play... and clean shoes only. The tread needs to be good for traction, and you cannot have any dirt, rocks, mud, etc... in the treads, so bring a change of shoes with to put on before hand.
The club supplies sliders for you when throwing stones, and curling brooms to use for sweeping... That's about all you need!
