UNCW's Katie Lanz collected 22 digs and 21 kills as UNCW remained atop the Coastal Athletic Association standings with a come-from-behind, 3-2 (24-26, 28-26, 23-25, 30-28, 15-12) win over visiting Campbell on Saturday at Hanover Hall.
