September 2, 2023:
Princess Pageant:
The Pageant begins promptly at 7:00 pm. Tickets will be available for purchase from the Pageant Candidates and the Pageant Crew Members at a cost of $10 a person. Tickets will Not be available for purchase at the door. Donations to our Raffle Basket can be made by contacting us! (message our Facebook, Instagram, Email or contact the Chamber). Spectators are also able to purchase tickets to stream the event online. They are available for $15!

September 4, 2023:
Hog Show:
There are two divisions: Festival and Jr Open. If you have questions or would like to enter, contact Aaron Leary or Brian Postin, Chairmen of the Hog Show. Rules and more details can be found on our Hog Show form found on the forms tab of the website.
Check-in begins at 12:00 pm with the show beginning at 2:00 pm.

Beef Show:
If you have questions or would like to enter, please contact Lynn Shimmin, Chairman of the Beef Committee Rules for more details. Entry forms are needed to be able to participate, please reach out to the committee directly if you are wanting to participate!
Check-in begins at 8:00 am – 10:00 am, with the Show beginning at 4:00 pm.

September 5, 2023:
Livestock Auction:
Van Adkission Auction Services in coordination with the WCPBF and the WCPBF Beef Committee (Friends of the Festival) will hold a live auction at 6:00 pm! A meal is provided prior to the auction itself.

September 6, 2023:
Parade:
The Parade begins at 5:00 pm. Entry Forms are available on our website on the “Forms” tab. Cost of entry is $10 (marching bands are free). Entry fee increases to $15 after 9/1/2023. A route of our parade can be found here. Please join us for the Band and Parade Awards following the conclusion of our Parade at the Festival Grandstands at 6:30 pm.
Band and Parade Awards:
The Award Ceremony will be held around 6:30 pm at the Festival Grandstands, following the conclusion of our Parade. There are 4 different categories to be judged in (Commercial, Civic, Schools, + Religious – with monetary prize money and trophies being awarded to our top entries. A prize will also be awarded to the top 3 marching bands.
KICKABUDA Quads Racing:
We’re looking forward to hosting a new style of racing on our track. Wednesday, September 6th, 2023, 7:00 pm Kickabuda Promotions will be hosting quad racing. Please contact us directly via the Track Facebook Group for questions regarding races.
September 7, 2023:
Ag Day for Kids:
Ag Day for Kids will be held at Fairview Center Church from 9:00 - 11:20 am & again from 11:50 am - 2:10 pm. Local 4th grade kids will be able to see and explore important parts of our local agriculture. Check out our Facebook page for more information closer to the event! This event is coordinated by the Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau with the local elementary schools.
Figure 8 Race:
The race starting at 7:00 pm. There will be a Driver’s Meeting prior to race time. The cost of admission $10, the cost of a pit pass is $25, and the Driver’s Entry Fee is $30. We anticipate that we will run Weld, Rookie, Bonestock, Front Wheel Wire, Trucks and Vans. and Rear Wheel Wire Classes. Payouts are posted on our Facebook page. We are following Viola Boyz Demo Rules that can be found here – please contact the Track Staff for specific questions directly.
Beer Tent:
Our Beer Tent operates every night of the WCPBF. 21+ are able to come out and enjoy cool beverages, music, and dirt track racing. Wednesday and Thursday the Tent is open from 5:00 pm – 12:00 am; Friday and Saturday it operates from 5:00 pm – 1:00 am. Eternity Road will be playing in the Beer Tent on Thursday, September 7th, starting at 7:00 pm. This show is sponsored by 1st Avenue Lounge.
September 8, 2023:
Farmer’s Appreciation Breakfast:
Our Farmer’s Appreciation Breakfast is a traditional event we hold every year to thank and celebrate local agriculture and those who play a role in it! WRAM/WMOI works to be able to put this event on each year. This event is held at the Monmouth American Legion from 7:30 – 9:00 am Friday morning. Check back in soon for our keynote speaker!
Very Special Person’s Day: 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Special Person’s Day wouldn’t be possible without our partnership with Swyear Amusements. Each year, Swyear allows a special group of locals to come enjoy rides and Festival activities free of charge! This event is very important to both Swyear and WCPBF, we look forward to it every year! RSVP to Penny Mackey if you plan on coming to this event!
Chicken Scramble and Calf Tagging:
Both of these events are a traditional WCPBF event! Kids ages 3-10 are permitted in the Chicken Scramble, and kids ages 11-16 are allowed to participate in the Calf Tagging! All participants must have a waivered signed by their parents or legal guardian prior to competing. Waivers are available to be signed at the event. There is no entry fee for either event, and there is a chance to win a monetary prize! 6:00 pm at the Festival Grandstands.

Car Show: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Our Car Show is held just North of the Swyear Festival Grounds at Monmouth Park. There is no registration required or entry fee to be charged! Please do let us know if you’re coming by RSVP’ing by email to [email protected].
Kid’s Day: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Kid’s Day is an event for kids to participate creative activities and play a variety of fun games! This event is free to the public. This year, we’ve partnered with The Village Early Childhood Collaboration, Eagle View Community Health Systems, Teen Recharge Center, Warren County Library, Buchanan Center for the Arts, & Regional Office of Education #33 to make this event happen!
Touch-a-Truck:
Touch-A-Truck will be held from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, behind the Festival Grandstands. This event will be free to the public and give kids a chance to meet local businesses and check out their equipment!
Power Wheels Demo:
The Power Wheels Demo is for kids ages 4 – 9 years old to get a chance to get out on our dirt track and race! There is no cost to enter. A waiver and the rules can be found on the “Forms” tab of the website. Waivers will be available to sign at event. 6:00 pm – prior to both the Driver’s Meeting and the Demolition Derby.
Demolition Derby:
There will be a Driver’s Meeting prior to race time. The cost of admission $10, the cost of a pit pass is $25, and the Driver’s Entry Fee is $30. We anticipate that we will run a Light Weld Class, Bonestock (any year), Light Weld Compact, as well as a Patch Class. Payouts are promoted on our WCPBF Track Races Facebook Group. We are following Viola Boyz Demo Promotors (Kinzey) Rules that can be found here – please contact the Track Staff for specific questions directly. Race starting at 7:00 pm.

Industrial and Vendor Tent:
The Industrial & Vendor Tent is held the Wednesday – Saturday of the Festival - running from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm during the week nights & 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Saturday. This attraction is located in a large covered tent on the Midway. The Industrial & Vendor Tent is great for local businesses, political figures, and organizations to get their name out and meet local people! You can reserve a space in this tent for $300. Application forms can be found on the “Forms” tab of our website.
Swyear Amusements:
Swyear Amusements is a family-owned business that we partner with every year to bring Festival Rides & Concessions!
Swyear Amusements runs Wednesday (9/6) from 6:00 - 10:00 pm, Thursday (9/7) from 6:00 - 10:00 pm, Friday (9/8) from 5:00 - Close, and Saturday (9/9) from 12:00 - 4:00 pm and 5:00 - Close. Wednesday and Thursday are Wristband Nights, where locals can purchase a wristband for unlimited rides during Wednesday + Thursday Night Only at a price of $25 per wristband.
Midway Food Truck Row:
We invite you to attend our Festival Midway, as we are welcoming a variety of Food Trucks and Local Small Business Owners to our Festival Midway to serve food! Vendors are encouraged to serve food during Swyear Amusement Hours of Operation as well as lunch time, too! Details regarding hours of operation for specific vendors will be communicated on our Facebook page.
