Wayland Free Public Library turns 175!

Join us outside the library for a gala celebration of our 175 years! We’ll have live music by two bands (one from WHS, the other including the Library’s own Andy Moore), activities and fun for kids (including face painting!), very brief remarks by very important people, and cupcakes and ice cream. And of course, the vast resources of the library. For all ages!

Goodbye Overdrive, Hello Libby!

Attention, OverDrive users! OverDrive is discontinuing the legacy OverDrive app on May 1, 2023 and transitioning users to Libby, their newer, easy-to-use app for browsing and enjoying digital content from our library. All your loans, holds, and wish list items will be waiting for you in Libby when you add your library card. Our digital collection will continue to be available through our home page on desktop and mobile devices. Learn more here.
