Wellspring Welcomes Ediza Lahoz Valentino, MSW, LCSW, as Clinical Supervisor/Program Director for School-Based Clinical Services

Wellspring is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ediza Lahoz Valentino, MSW, LCSW, as the new Clinical Supervisor/Program Director for its innovative School-Based Clinical Services.

In this pivotal role, Ediza will oversee the development and implementation of Wellspring’s custom-tailored, collaborative programs that integrate mental health counseling, structured recreation, psycho-education, and skill-building in a supportive, school-based setting.
Wellspring’s school-based clinical services are designed to provide a seamless, barrier-free continuum of care. These programs are crafted in collaboration with school districts, ensuring alignment with their practices and on-site support systems.

Backed by a team of professionals experienced in youth development, mental health counseling, and case management, these services aim to empower educators while fostering healthy minds and bodies in students.

Ediza brings a wealth of experience and expertise, having served in key roles such as HealthySteps Specialist, Intensive in Community Therapist, and Program Supervisor for family-focused organizations. Her career has centered on providing compassionate, trauma-informed care, building community partnerships, and delivering impactful mental health services to children, families, and communities.
