Balloons,  Booths and Entertainment

The annual Harvest Festival wouldn't be complete without a Balloon Launch at Eastman Park and a Pancake Breakfast at the Windsor Rec Center. Over 200 vendors will have their items available from 9am-5pm at Main Park.

7:00 AM - 10:00 AM : PANCAKE BREAKFAST Presented by WINDSOR COMMUNITY PLAYHOUSE - 250 N 11th St (Windsor Rec Center)

$7 per plate (All proceeds go to WCP, a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization supporting local theatre)

6:30 AM-8:00 AM : Hot Air Balloon Launch (Weather Permitting) Eastman Park – Open to the public to enjoy!

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM : Arts & Crafts, Commercial & Food Booths, Kid's Amusement Rides & Games - Windsor Main Park, 300 Locust Street
