10am – 2pm – Cookie Decorating & Hot Cocoa Bar: Rustic Nook Bakery
10am to 12 -Winter Take and Make Art Booth:Creative Explorations @ Gnarly Pine Space 318 W. Main St.
11am to 4pm – Northern Hills Recreation Association:
-11am to 4pm – Sledding on Alert Street located behind City Hall at 801 W Main St.
-All Day (Noon-ish to worn out) – Fire Pits, BBQ, and Music Jams on the Dakota Shivers deck
12pm- 9pm – Mile High Pub Crawl: Various Locations around Lead
2pm to 3pm – “Lead Mainer” Parade/Snowball fight: Line up @ Bedrock Lanes- ends at Park
2pm to 5pm – Kid’s Games: The Stampmill Patio – Ring Toss, Bean Bag Toss, and More!
3:30pm Registration/ 4pm Start -Fat Tire Bike Race “The Gold Nugget Giveaway: Axbow Rentals
4:30pm to Bonfire – Soup Supper: Rod & Gun Club
5pm to Done – Chili Feed Fundraiser (by donations): Explore Dance Company.  Chili, toppings, & cornbread @ Open Cut/SLHVC
5pm to 7pm – VIP Fireworks Viewing Party: Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center
6pm to 6:30pm- Fireworks Over the Open Cut
6:30pm – Winterfest Bonfire: Manuel Brothers Park/Parking Lot

Sunday 19th:

1:30pm – 3pm – Costume Dog Parade: Golden Ridge Senior Living Center
All Day – Miles Beyond Ordinary Adventures: Cross Country Skiing, Fat Tire Biking, Snowmobiling and Sledding at these Lead area locations: Manuel Brothers Park, Eagle Cliff Trails; Homestake Trail, Iron Creek Trail; Mickelson Trail and the Black Hills Snowmobile Trail. Contact local businesses for hotel and equipment rental availability.
